Design Process
This is just a guideline for you to get an idea of how our design process goes. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us and one of our designers will get in touch with you asap.
- Request a Free Quote.
- We will contact you within 48 hrs. of receiving your quote request. We may ask that you provide additional information regarding your project before suppling a quote to you.
- We will email you an estimate/quote of what we have discussed. *Please remember that prices are subject to change if you would like to add, remove or change things.
- We will answer any questions that you may have.
- Quote/Estimate price accepted.
- You and I will go over what you like, don' like, need, styles, colors, etc. that you would like to incorporate into the design.
- Once all questions and concerns are taken care of I will send you a contract/agreement for you to read, sign and mail back to me.
- Once the contract and deposit have been received we will then start on the layout and design of your project.
- Balance is paid, unpon approval of the design.
- Files are then transferred to you or uploaded to your server.
We work very closely with our clients to try and meet every single need. I'm available to chat with you one MSN Instant Messenger or Yahoo Instant Messenger throughout the design process.
