Project Scheduling and Timeline

We want to provide the very best service we can to our clients, as that's what keeps them coming back again and again.  Please take a look at our project timeline to make sure we can fit your needs.

  1. Initial contact regarding our services via email, IM, or by filling out the free quote form. 
  2. Craig or myself will contact you within 2 business days to go over your needs, your budget, and / or to request additional information. 
  3. A quote will be mailed or emailed to you based on the information that we've been given by you.  Please note that the cost is subject to change should you need to add, change, or remove something from the initial project proposal. 
  4. Please take this time to ask any questions you may have regarding your project and our work.  We will answer all questions, and all changes to the project proposal will be done at this time.
  5. We will go over budgetary and project needs, discussing what you do and do not want or like, and going over other details of the project to make sure both parties have a full understanding of all project needs.
  6. Initial quote / estimate formulated by us and accepted by the client.
  7. We will send out a Terms of Agreement and deposit invoice that will need to be signed and paid prior to the beginning of any work.
  8. Once TOA and deposit have been received, work will begin on your project. 
  9. Upon project completion, client will approve project or suggest any changes, and then pay project balance in full.
  10. We will turn over any and all copies of the project to our client upon receipt of final payment.
